This is a VERY NICE Selmer Balanced Action alto saxohpone. Selmer singlehandedly redrew the saxophone map with the introduction of the Balanced Action. Its radically different design led to superior ergonomics, and its full dark tone that had players flocking to them left other manufactueres scrambling to catch up. This is a nice example of a Balanced Action sax. The lacquer is not original but looks good nonetheless. Body is good and straight. This horn has just been through our shop and plays very well as is.
