<p>This is an amazing brand new Shires Custom Model Euphonium. This instrument was handmade by the master artisans at the Shires plant in Massachusetts, and it is typical of the incredible quality we have come to expect from Shires. I took this horn for a test drive and was very impressed. It has a rich, luxurious tone quality throughout all the registers, from a fat low range to a mellifluous high. Valves are extremely solid and fast-it was like plalying a Ferarri. Loved this horn.</p>

<li>Bell: 11 1/2 inch, two piece, hand hammered upright in standard weight yellow brass. Unsoldered bead.</li>

<li>Pistons: Stainless Steel</li>
<li>Mouthpiece Receiver: Two interchangable receivers, medium and large shank.</li>
