This is a VERY NICE Muramatsu DN model handmade flute with open holes and B foot. Muramatsu the THE NAME in fine Japanese flutes, having rapidly gained a reputation to rival American greats such as Powell or Brannen-Cooper. This is a hand-made flute. Head, body, foot, and keys are all solid silver. The DN is the model that preceded the current DS model, and is very similar. Indeed, I'm not sure what is different. Condition is excellent. Pads and action have just been adjusted in our shop and this flute plays great.
