Here is an EXTRAORDINARY early Louis Lot flute. The Stradivarius of the flute world, Louis Lot's exquisite instruments are the stuff of legends. They are amazing palyers with incredible tone and response. This instrument is made from a seamed solid silver tube and is typical of Louis Lot's finest flutes. This is from the earliest period for Louis Lot flutes when Mr. Lot was making the instruments himself by hand.
<br />This instrument appears to have had a C# trill key added to it at some point as well as having the lip plate gold plated.
<br />This instrument is in excellent playing condition - it has just been completely repadded by my master flute tech and is ready to go. Plays easily with a sweet lyrical tone and is ready for a high level player.
