<p>Here is an amazing Holton TR169 bass trombone. This is perhaps the rarest of the vintage bass trombones, and one of the most highly sought after. This model was played by the great Ray Premru for his entire career with the Philharmonia orchestra and has an enormous sound and yet is light and agile in the middle and high registers. This instrument includes a removable second valve that can be added when you need to have low C and low B at the same time. </p>
<p>This insturment is in excellent condition. Slide is excellent and the rotor is fast and free. There is a minor scar in the bell where a small wrinkle was removed but this horn is otherwise in terrific shape. </p>
<p>This is only the second one of these I have ever seen for sale and are very hard to come by. Do not miss this one!</p>
